Text of Complaint by Suvarna Jyothi:

Dear sir,
Greetings!
We are customers of your esteem airtel,
Fiber net ID 088446499804,
We joined in airtel family on Nov 18 2020.
We are very happy with your services untill we shifted to our new house.
We shifted to new house on 9 th Dec 2020.
On 11th December, we requested shifting of connection from old house to new house, through your customer care, they raised compliant, and said charges is 300/-, agreed and said it VL take 24hrs for shifting with in city.
On 14th December, we gain called to customer care and asked abt status, they asked another 24 hrs.
They also mentioned the complaint raised was cancelled. Who cancelled we don’t know.
On 15th December, technician cald and said shifting charges is 1000/-
On 16th December again called to customer, and said to cancel our broadband service, and refund our money, they said they vl do shifting charges is 500 and will be paid in next billing and again asked for 24 hrs
Again on 18th we again called to customer care, and asked nearest airtel office address, and we complained there, gave our new and old address.
Just now i.e,today 19th December, we again called to the person, he said the technician is not available it VL sort out in Monday.
Sir, is this the way of service give to ur customer
Your caption ” our doors close but our network follows”
Sir, from 11th December we are following but your doors & network is closed”
If u r not willing to provide services pls refund our money we will go to other networks,
You won’t give service, you won’t refund.
Due to pandemic situation my son & me depend to internet, we explained so many times to customer care, but no one is willing to answer.
Please atleast now do something,
Work to do something,
Work for taken salaries.
I am also a corporate person , I knw the pressure s and responsibilities.
Hoping atleast through you my work can be done ASAP
?
