Text of Complaint by Atheena Prabhakaran:

I installed airtel xtream and paid for the basic 499 per month for 6 months. I was told they it was fibre internet but two days ago my internet stopped working and when they came to fix they said it was copper wire. They said they will upgrade to fibre for free. In the last two days they haven’t fixed my internet. They technician keeps avoiding my calls. I do work from home and haven’t been able to work.
