No broadband installation has been done within a TAT of 48 working hours. In fact it is over 5 days now when some Airtel executive came home to collect the money. I paid Rs 2828 for three months and was promised an installation in 2 days time.
I have already contacted S&M head in Hyderabad, Mr. Prashanth. Mr Venu (one who collected money). There has just been false promises and affirmations and no work at all.
