Text of Complaint by Suraj Taralekar:

  1. My name is Suraj Taralekar (contact 9881192947),  Munnekolal,Bangalore – 560037
  2. I made a request through Airtel app for new Airtel Broadband connection (799/- per month rental). It is for Bangalore Location. I got a call from Service provider asking for the details and confirmed that there is feasibility to provide the services and then he processed my online activation process. Lead ID is eCAF_0801290664. I paid 3 months advance rental of Rs. 2828/-. But post activation process, installation has not happened yet and while taking follow up on the same, service provider is not cooperating well and behaving rudely. He is not responding the calls as well.

  4. Since there is no response on my request after multiple follow ups I would withdraw my request for Airtel Broadband connection and request to initiate the refund at earliest. Please do the needful.
  5. Regret to inform but not happy with the services.
