Hi,
This is with regards to Airtel broadband service and customer care executives behavior. Application number: 0801571205.
I had requested for broadband connection and I was told it will be done within 24 hours once the documents were submitted. They kept calling to pay the 3 months money before installation and I did and it’s been 4 days there is no one calling to check nor any customer care executives are responding.
When I called the number who had come to collect the documents they gave some other number and when I call it they give someone other number to contact and it’s going on and on. No is providing proper help or correct information.
I was told that the installation will be done within 24 hours so I opted for it coz I won’t be around for 10 days. I also see that in airtel app the billing has already started from 19th but broadband installation is not done yet. Now none of the numbers are answering the calls. As I was promised that installation will be done within 24 hours I had cancelled my old service and coz of your pathetic service I don’t want it to effect my work.
This is most pathetic service I have ever seen. So I request the team to pay back my money or get the broadband installation before 22nd of June 2020 3pm as I won’t be here later on for 10 days.
