Hi,

I’d like to bring this to your notice about my poorest ever experience with Airtel Xtream Fiber service. I paid to Airtel on Sept. 29th an amout of ₹3536.46 for three months for plan of ₹999/month. Cart order 1-FJC2NDH.

I requested Mr. Amit Bharadwaj, who on boarded me to Airtel broadband, that please do the installation on Saturday because I’ve to do my office work on Friday and don’t want any interruptions with my current internet connection with other company. But he insisted me to complete the installation on Friday only to complete their target.

The technician came on friday for the installation and took 4 hours and disconnected my current internet connection and wasn’t able to complete airtel installation. I suffered so much and wasn’t able to do my office job.

Since yesterday morning I’ve called Mr Amit, Mr Rajeev(installation head), Mr Gurbaz Singh(installation engineer), Airtel Customer care and Airtel customer care escalation team numerous times to send someone for installation but no one came yet . I called Airtel customer care three times and they told me the case has been escalated. But again, no one came. Because of this my whole weekend got wasted as I wasn’t able to go out to do any other work and just waiting for them. It is so frustrating to see such a poor service from Airtel.

Now it’s Monday coming and I’m not having internet connection at my home to do my job. Please escalate it.
