I have registered for Airtel Broadband Installation at my residence on April 28,2021. I already paid the 3 months advance recharge of INR 2829. Till date, I didn’t get any call from anyone from Airtel regarding installation. I was told that it would take possibly 3 days but a maximum of 7 days.
However, after 12 days passed already, no any call at all from Airtel. I have registered several complaints in the Airtel customer care, but to no avail. I have also email the customer care but no tangible resolution comments.
I am totally fed up, miffed with the actual service and support service provided by Airtel Broadband team. I have no clue how to make things happen now.
