I applied for broadband connection on 19/6/2020 with an Airtel executive at my home. Paid 2828/- for 3 months using link received through sms on my mobile phone number 8800540333.

He asked Activation Fee 250/- in cash against the policy. I denied to pay. Then there was No response for 1 Working day.
I visited nearest store in Dilshad Colony. The guy Manoj Kumar assured me that my order has been received and installation should be completed by evening on that day.
Nothing till 4pm. I revisited the store. This time they told me that my order was cancelled because of congestion on poles near my house. Was Airtel not responsible to let me know this. Not even a call or text. I didn’t receive any call from Airtel engineer or someone checking congestion on those poles.
That goes to the bad service part.
Now after 5-6 days you haven’t refunded my money. Store person Manoj and Mgr simply asks me to log a complaint and get my money back or otherwise to wait.q
