My airtel Broadband installation is scheduled to be done on 23rd Apr.
Now it is closing business hours of 24th Apr
Till now none of the technican had called me for installation
For this I had called customer support for 3 times all 3times they told your connection will be installed within 2hours I am waiting since from 1pm of 24th April. Now the time is 5:30pm, so far I didn’t receive any call from technician
These people are not valuing for customers time
For installation itself these people made me struggle for 2days . I don’t have any faith on you people post the installation..
If I face any issue post installation I am dam sure you people will never bother about my/customer complaint/issues.
