Airtel broadband: I have made the payment using their app however payment went into wrong account and instead of fixing accounts they call me everyday nonstop to pay again

Text of Complaint by Gaurav:

I took airtel broadband services and due to hospitalization the payement got delayed thus airtel barred the services. Now after making the payment using the link sent by airtel , airtel says the payment is not reflected in my account thus i need to pay again. I have shared the payment reciept still they are not doing their due deligence and just call me everyday. I am a post covid patient and these calls on daily basis is troubling my well being. Everytime a new person calls and i need to explain him/her from scratch. When i ask them to stop calling me again and again they say make the payement to stop the calls. I am saying why i need to make the payment twice.
