Text of Complaint by Narinder Virmani:

We’re facing frequent internet disconnect issues from last month. Customer service doesnt seem bothered as they learnt rebooting router or turn up or down Link. Local technical people doesnt seem to have experience, they live in assumption that whatever step they perform fixes issue. My internet is not working properly from last month and have been paying for not good service. Really pissed with them
