Dear Sir or Madam,
Please find the SR#122267480 raised on Tuesday
It has been 3 full days ever since the broadband worked at my place. This is unscheduled outage without notifying customer & this just drags on days instead of hours. Every time, I take pain in connecting to Airtel network and go to work network , the connection will be there for 5 mins, then the internet connection just goes off. Just Yesterday, I got thrown out of internet no less than 10 times. Is this the way , the network supposed to work???
Everytime, I call the airtel support, they will say restart the modem/ our engineer will come in 6hours and problem just stays on.. Is this the support that is expected from network like Airtel & there is standard text messages that states, your problem is worked on and will be resolved in 24-36 hours.
Best part was the closed the SR without resolving the problem or getting acknowlegment from customer. May be they have metrics pressure where the SR cannot be open and active for more than 3 days.
I have never faced such a lousy service from Airtel. I sincerely hope , someone resolves this problem urgently, else Airtel is going to lose one more customer. already they losing customers in a pack and if this is going to be the customer service, they will for sure will be losing more
