I have purchased airtel xtream fiber broadband worth Rs 2829 on 12th October 2020 . As per plan, it was to be made active in 3 days but now 10 days have passed.. Neither they are activating service nor they are providing refund to me. Please help me ?.. I feel cheated with them. They are not responding properly on customer care.
