Airtel Jharkhand is not providing fixed line services along with broadband. I think its a kind of fraud. Customer is taking connection broadband due to its fixed line services feature which is missing. Before connection technician will tell to customer that they will provide fixed line service as well but post connection they say that its not available in Jharkhand. Please look into this fraud.
