My airtel broadband (fixed line) has not been working since the last 3 days. The following complaint mechanisms do not work –
1. Local technician we used to call could not be reached
2. Asked by some officials in the office to call customer care. When called, asked to provide the fixed line number and in doing so, the reply was, “oops, the input is not correct!!!!!”
3. Help and support attached with the Airtel app does not work at all.
