For shifting of connection I have raised a request and waited for almost 3 days. Then a message came from Airtel saying that they assigned an engineer and will be there by 12 pm. I have called the engineer multiple times and there is no response. I have called over 40 times from 12 to 3 pm still I got no response.Even the customer care called the team and they were not responding on the call itself. This has wasted my time and also affected my mental health.
