Text of Complaint by Prince Vijayakumar Satya:

This is with respect to my Airtel broadband Xstream Fiber a/c no.15852318.

My payment due date falls on 28th of a month. Suddenly without any intimation you have preponed the due date by 10 days to 19th of a month.

As you know every human being on this planet is affected by CORONA virus in some way or the other. It is inhuman to prepone the due date at this point of time. In fact due should be relaxed by 10 days.

I am a victim of this inhuman attitude of Airtel. My connection this month is cut since I did not pay due amount on the preponed due date. This has affected my son’s online classes as he is an engineering student.
