In the recent times, we have been working from home and we have expensive 1100 Rs airtel plan installed for broadband. Everyday in past 1 week the internet goes for a period of 3 to 8 hrs during day time.
My plan is postpaid hence they provide the service or not there is fixed amount I need to pay. This is pathetic consumer experience and I am willing to go to court if this continues
