I moved into this house in June 2022. I have been facing disconnection issues every month and they take 02 days to resolve the issue. With WFH for both me and my wife, we are loosing leaves every month due to internet not working.
Yesterday I had an interview for an Executive Leadership position and I begged the Airtel customer care to resolve the issue before the interview. I waited for someone to call, but no response. I had to take the interview through my mobile.
This is unacceptable deficiency in service and mere negligence.
