Dear Airtel,
I don’t know why you guys are behaving in such a fashion like deactivating the broadband services.
I had cleared all the dues and the connection was restored a couple of days back.
Again without prior intimation it has been disconnected, It’s really disgusting.
I tried to reach Airtel Customer Care from Yesterday but still not able to connect with any of your executives. What kind of services are you providing to customers?
Note:- Due of Rs 851 paid on 10-June-2020 and Connection has been restored on the same day. Why did it get disconnected???
Also, let me know the contact number by how I can connect with your executive? Don’t talk about Airtel Thanks App(Waste App).
FYI, I had paid all the dues on June-10-2020 and the connection was restored from Safe Custody on the same day and again you guys have disconnected the Airtel Broadband Connection on June-12-2020.
Please consider this mail as my Airtel-Disconnection. I don’t have any dues to pay. I had already paid the last due amount as 851.00.
So consider this and terminate my airtel broadband connection with immediate effect.
I don’t want to use the worst internet and least bothered customer care.
Also, My Airtel Thanks app is not working and i’m not able to connect to airtel customer care number (080-44444121)
Since I was not able to reach the Customer Care, I tried to reach the customer executive who has given the connection for me in our area.
This fellow is not even bothered about my issue and he re-directed me to connect with 2 other Airtel Executives, who have blocked me in all modes of communication.
Please find the numbers of these Worst & Unethical Airtel Executives which are from RR Nagara Area, Bangalore.

Secondary Contact –> Mohan (Technical Manager) –> +91-7624913376 (He is very worst and attended my call for the first time and from there he blocked my number)
Third Contact –> Shailesh (Complaint Head Manager) –> 91-9900157868 (He is very worst and not able to contact him as he has blocked my number from initial time)
