I’m really really disappointed with the airtel services nowadays. I’m currently working from home and I need a constant broadband connection all day which is a very obvious fact. I’ve been trying to connect to airtel helpline number and after 30-40 minutes if luck is on my side I’m able to get in contact with you guys.

This is the 3rd continuous month I’ve bought a JIO work from pack since we are facing continuous issues in connection for the broadband and we’ve conveyed this problem to the desired team too. It’s getting really frustrating now and I won’t take this for another month if it continues like that. I was using a good JIO connection in Mumbai and I never had any issues. I’ve been convincing my father since a lot of time to shift to JIO platform but honestly speaking he is with you guys since 10-12 years and he is a very loyal customer and his immediate reply is no Airtel is a good company we will stick with it. But it really hurts to see how Airtel is repaying its loyal and valuable customers.

We also have phone connection problems in our area, when the world is shifting to 5G and if airtel is giving us 3G at the price of 4G LTE that we’re paying it every month, IDK where this company is going. On one side you show we need to resolve problems and make it 0 and in reality what your customers are facing is a bucket full of problems then how can we build trust with you guys.

I’m honestly really angry with AIRTEL and really sad to see the poor direction in which this huge company is moving.

I hope you understand our problem and I really really hope this is the last time I’m contacting you for the above mentioned problems . Otherwise this will be last month I’ll let my father be loyal to you guys.
