My name is Vivek Gupta and the landline associated with my Airtel broadband is 080 42167130. I have been facing serious issus with the Airtel broadband connectivity and airtel is not bothered to resove it. I was told in the beginning of August that the only way to resolve is to upgrade to Airtel Fiber. I put in a request for the upgrade, and Airtel customer service told me that Fiber is available in my area. However, even after repeated follow ups, the upgrade is not happening and my current internet is giving me a lot of issues which is affecting my work, and the online education of my children.
Sending an email to the airtel complaints email and the nodal officer also seems to be useless as no one is bothered about rectifying the issues.
