Hi,
This is to inform you that I, Sayantani Pal had applied for Airtel Broadband service on 18.05.2020. On the very next day i.e. 19.05.2020 a airtel executive came to my house to initiate the process. He registered my name & asked me to submit Rs. 3536 as a advance of 3 months rental amount to avail the service. I had paid the money on the same day. But still now I did not receive the connection. I also tried to reach out to the customer support where they promised me to refund my money back but still now I did not receive my money back. I feel being cheated by Airtel.
