Text of Complaint by Vinod:

Im forced to write this email as Ive experienced a bad and irresponsible behaviour from your Airtel broadband team from kadavanthra, kochi(kerala).

I applied and paid six months payment in advance for new broadband connection on 02/06/2022, as the executive told that i will get the new connection on the second day of making payment. But the executive din respond after the payment made.

Two days after when i called and complained, two executives came to my home for fixing the modem, but they didnt have the puller cable to take the connection.

They told that they will bring the cable and fix the connection.
Till now, no one has responded.

Pls guide me how i can cancell the connection and apply for a better service provider.
