Text of Complaint by Pavan Kumar:

Dear Team,

I am using airtel broadband connection more than 4years and connection speed is 40mbps.

Having issues with broadband speed, unable to get constant continuous 40mbps. Always fluctuation speed 1, 2, 4, 7, 14, 17, 28mbps and it’s not more than 29mbps from last 10months.

And paying regularly monthly bill for 40mbps.

Continuously coordinating with local support team manager mr. Arvind but still no proper support and solution.

I already given no of complaints to airtel customer care and sent mails to nodal office team with speed screenshots also. But still not yet response the issue.

I never ever seen this type of worst and worst service from airtel including nodal team.

Due to this issue unable to do office work properly.

So please kindly support to get solutions.
