My name is Vivek Anand Singh and phone number is 9205291961. I relocated from Lucknow to Hyderabad and raised the request to shift my connection from Lucknow to Hyderabad (Request Number 10031018789) on 14th April. I was told that the shifting of connection will be done within 72 hours. However my connection has not been shifted. I have been calling customer care asking status and they have been giving me false promises. On top of that, I will end up paying extra money for the days I am not able to use Internet due to incapability of Airtel.
