Text of Complaint by Rajkumar:

I applied new airtel broadband connection with (Airtel xstream fiber) 40mbps internet speed after getting the connection I didn’t got the xstream connection instead of tat I got regular broadband connection with internet speed of 4-6mbps after frequent complaints to Airtel customer support my issue not resolved then I taken for disconnection airtel agreed to refund the amount within 45 days from day of disconnection this is happened in 21/06/2022 still now I am sending mail to airtel regarding my refund I am not getting any proper response. I called airtel customer care they told my refund done on 02/09/2022 but I didn’t got the refund I even shared my bank statement to them. I am still waiting for refund please help to get the refund amount of 3532.92
