Text of Complaint by Pankaj:

I had applied for airtel broadband connection on 28th march 2022.
Technician asked me to pay through a link for 3 months, 2829 rupees.
After paying he told that there was some issue with the payment as the CAF number he gave was incorrect and i will get my refund within sometime.
He also asked me to pay again for the connection and i refused this time and asked my money first.
From that day till now i am sending them mails everyday but there is no resolution for the same.
They are holding money of customers for so long which is truly cheating.
