I have requested for the airtel boradband service from airtel thanks app and one of the technician come over to my house for document verification and also took the advance rental fee of Rs.3532.00 and said that your plan will be activated with in 4 hours but after the specific time I called the executive, then I come to know that there is not even a space for installation and now I am not getting the refund after too placing request and every time he says that the request is being cancelled from my side but I still not received any message in regards for that. Please help me out with this.
