I have installed a new broadband connection on 11th October evening in Kaikhali Kolkata. It got corrupted within 12 hrs and stopped working from 12th October itself. I raised a complaint with Airtel Cust Care on 12th October 9.00 pm and got an engineer ( Subhodip Das) assigned from 9.30 am to 10.30 am. At 9.55 am, the engineer tried outwitting us with a dummy message promising that the complaint is being worked upon and will be resolved by 12.30 pm on 14th october. Hence, icouldnoteven reach a customer care executive till then, thereby further delaying the process. The complaint ID is 138468498. From then onwards, ii have escalated several times and got to hear multiple excuses butecentually, mybroadband hadnotbeen working for 4 days now and I am paying separately together internet from another provider
