Text of Complaint by Prakriti Kumar:

I have paid full year advance amount and the airtel broadband connection is not working since past 6 days. After multiple calls, there is still no resolution till date and the customer support people are denying from providing any refund even on disconnection. What should i do with the connection if it is not working and i have paid full year advance for ? Any help would be appreciated
