I booked Airtel broadband connection on 15th July 2023, but due to incompatibility issues in area it was not installed and order was cancelled. I received SMS from Airtel on 20th July 2023 that amount will be refunded in 7 working days but there is no refund generated yet. I called customer care where they are saying that they don’t have any information about this transaction. I have emailed to customer care and appellate but no response from them.
