Dear Team,
Your Airtel Broadband connection team is not installed, they were saying they will do today but when will they complete ??
For a new broadband connection, I have raised a request online, your team called me, I have taken confirmation Your(Abdul Qayum 08045808364) said they will do installation at your location, I have shared the documents and login also has happened(Login application on 01st Aug).
After 2 days I called him, but he is not responding/picking the call, then I keep on calling the Airtel broadband customer care team(040-44444121) . They are saying wait 2 min, after 10 or 15 min also no response.
Are you capable of installing or not ??
If yes, when are you doing it ??
If not, then why are the documents taken to me and login the application ??
Am expecting a positive response from your side.
