I have registered a complaint for frequent disconnection issue on 04/03/2020 with complaint no: 116115832 at the time of COVID-19 crisis and this was effected my career very badly. I had been registered to this network for the past 4 years and paying bills without any dues. But I didn’t receive any response from the authority against any calls/emails regarding this issue till MAY 16th 2020 so I have registered a complaint to terminate my airtel broadband connection on MAY 16th Cancellation no: 117558564.
I have no service since from last 2 and half months. My account no is 7030514451.
Currently they are asking us to pay the balance amount (3640.61) for the past 2 and half months which we haven’t used and this is unacceptable. Currently my airtel broadband connection is terminated.
Such a frustrated situation with the unprofessional and unethical behaviour of Airtel services.
