Hello All,

I am having issue with Airtel broadband connection, which is not working from 04-06-2023 from 3 PM. I raised a ticket with Airtel customer service (ticket id : 10201429362) but it is unattended by any engineer till today. Only my connection is not working in my apartment and my neighbor’s connections are working fine. I have checked cables and modem and no suspicious found in them. I am calling daily twice to customer care but they ask me to wait for 24 hours to resolve but the same story every day when i call them. I do not know why no one attended this ticket by any FE till today. I do not expect this kind of service from Airtel.

Request to expedite the resolution and resume the connection as early as possible.
