I bought an Airtel broadband connection (03315065344_wifi) on 5th November,2023 and paid the rend for 5months in advance. But from 25th November they did cut my connection and for the past 7 days I am unable to use internet. Today is 1st December and the problem still continuing. I purchased the internet connection for education purpose. I’m continuously missing out my CA classes online .
I called them for 50th time on their helpline number but they still didn’t provide any resolution. They don’t co-operate properly just keep on saying “We’ll do something regarding this problem” but they never do anything. Till now nothing solved. I’m feeling completely helpless. They are not even co-operating properly or give any update. I raised an complaint on the Airtel Thanks app. My Ticket number is 10316756603.
This is my request that if possible please take some action regarding this issue to be solved. I did everything I could have done and now I’m looking for the help from the Government. I’m missing classess from 7 days. I hope you’ll help me in some way.
