Text of Complaint by SUPRITA KARMAKAR:

Respected Sir/Mam,
I’m Suprita Karmakar, bought an Airtel broadband connection on 5th November,2023 and paid the rend for 5months in advance. But from 25th November they did cut my connection and for the past 6 days I am unable to use internet. I purchased the internet connection for education purpose. I’m continuously missing out my CA classes online .
I called them for 39th time on their helpline number but they still didn’t provide any resolution. I’m feeling completely helpless. They are not even co-operating properly.
This is my request that if possible please take some action regarding this issue to be solved. I did everything I could have done and now I’m looking for the help from the Government. I hope you’ll help me in some way.
