Yesterday I checked for Airtel broadband new connection online and after a while I got a whats app text msg from a Airtel Representative who helped me with the plan explain me the details. later he sent me bank details to make the payment. I made 3 months advance payment and the installation was supposed to be done today. However whenever I call the agent the number is swithced off and also not replying to texts kindly help me with the same.
