Text of Complaint by Vandana bhardwaj:

Three days before I called on Airtel customer care number to install new broadband connection, I made six months payment online in advance. They told me executive will visit soon. But next day mr David at Airtel store in Gurgaon didn’t recieve my call. Then his senior mr Sameer said it will be installed on Friday. But after that he also stopped taking my calls. And no one came. Even he misbehaved. Details – transaction I’d – 508842311,
