Hi,
I have been using broadband for over 10 years now, but the service and quality have declined dramatically in recent years.
On 19/10/2020 i created a ticket [123370932] for frequent disconnection. today is 23/10/2020. Still no proper solution.
I am working from home and my entire work is dependent on WiFi connection, even television at home runs on WiFi (Fire stick). Since 19′ Oct, neither I am able to work or my family is able to watch television.
I am calling airtel customer care almost everyday, multiple times. every time my call time crossed 30-45 mins. Every caller I had to explain every bit of information.
I have called airtel customer care multiple times, they keep saying, i will receive a call back from escalation department, but i never received any call till now. Last person I spoke to was MANI (Happens to be from the escalation desk). I asked him for a manager, he kept saying they are unavailable. I got frustrated and decided to discontinue airtel connection, he was ready to take my request and created a request for disconnection [123562974], It was not difficult for him to take my request, I wanted to talk to Manager to explain my concern, but he kept saying they are busy.
I have been facing same problem for quite some time, I got stuck to airtel despite these issues, but now, i dont see the service quality to be the same.
I am really wondering if this is how a pioneer customer is treated or responded by Airtel Customer care associates, how would a new customer be treated.
IF YOU REALLY CAN’T FIX MY ISSUE, PLEASE GO AHEAD AND REMOVE MY AIRTEL CONNECTION.
