1. Regarding my broadband connection 012445491438_dsl which has been disconnected for a week, no proper update have been provided. I have clearly mentioned that non of the numbers (011) 44444121 and  01244444121, so that I may raise a complaint for this , neither I could do so via the app as
   as it’s saying to connect to wifi and diagnose the network, when connected , says no internet so cannot be diagnosed.
