Hi,
I opted out for Airtel Broadband on 01-Oct. Payment was made immediately but then so far i havent received broadband connection yet. No one from Airtel has contacted me in this regard. I checked with the local airtel office, they said there is no Feasibility in my location. If that is the case, a cancellation should be done but to my dismay no one is cancelling the request and every day i have to call Airtel customer service and narrate this story. Its terrible. Shame on Airtel.
I didnt expect such a work customer service from Airtel.I have been an airtel customer since 2009 but now i feel so terrible for being a customer so long and then having such a bad/bitter experience.
