I bought a broadband connection worth Rs.1634 for 5months broadband facilities from Airtel on 4th June 2023, and got delivered the connection along with the router at my home by their technicians. I paid the money on 4th June online on their Airtel Thanks App.
Everything was going well until on 18th June around 11pm I noticed my network isn’t working anymore. I’m unable to use the data my WiFi is connected with my smartphone but showing No Internet. Then the next day (19th June) I started calling them on their customer care number and keep calling every single day. Every single day they’re saying their technicians will visit and restore my connection and the issue will be resolved. But nobody actually came till date. I’m continuously missing my online classes. Oh well, I couldn’t even attend a single online-class for a week (19th June, 2023 Monday – 25th June, 2023 Saturday). I told them everything that I’m continuously missing my classes I need this connection to be restored ASAP I keep saying the same thing every single day I call them 4-5 times everyday even I did communicate with the Senior of their plenty of times. But the problem here is nobody’s taking the issue seriously. They raised a complaint on 20th June and they said technician will visit my place in between 7PM. but nobody showed up and resolve my issue.
I’m really very helpless. I don’t know what should I do now how can I get my connection or the money back. Because they said the amount is non refundable. At least they can fix my WiFi problem so that I can continue my classes.
I’m really hoping for positive reply but still they aren’t providing any solution.
