Text of Complaint by Shubham Lakhekar:

With due respect, I am writing this letter to inform you that I have paid Rs. 3004 for my Airtel Broadband connection but your team failed to establish the connection to my place even though the services are available properly. They were expecting that I would solve the issues which were not my concern. As an IT professional I faced a lot of inconvenience because of these things even after paying the required amount. Also, the local manager who was supposed to get things resolved was not willing to do the same. later I requested to cancel my new connection request by calling the CS team but I still haven’t received any single notification of it and no refund confirmation yet. This is the most pathetic service I have ever received from airtel. With all these inconveniences they are asking me wait for more 7 days to get refund. I would like to request the concern authorities to gfet this issue solved and arrange my refund I have to opt for another service provider.
