It’s an id which I have received from airtel, Xstream Fiber ID 04448688272 on 22nd August 2022.We were given a dish antenna(tv connection) and was promised that the broadband connection be given in another 24hours. It’s a 699 rs plan. An amount of 4000 was paid on 22nd August. I have never expected this from Airtel’s end. Kindly refund the amount, and let us go with some other network. Area sales manager too act as if nothing happened. He is clueless. Who will be answerable? Executive disconnecting calls. I took this connection for business purpose and had to go with such unprofessional approach from Airtel. Is there anyone responsible, or everybody is sitting idle in the company. Kindly act accordingly.. Connection was taken for a start up business & it’s like a black cat crossing the line when someone’s riding/driving a vehicle. Really fed up of this experience I had. Nobody really cares!
