YesterdayI tried to avail the airtel broadband connection. I was informed by the authority that my connection will be provided within 24 hours after the payment is complete. I made the payment asap as I wanted to avail the service. Now, afterwards I have been told that there is some issue and the process cannot be done. Because of this I was forced to take leave from my work today. I am very disappointed with their service as they didn’t stick to their terms and wasted my time.
Now I had opted for other service provider due to urgency and asked the airtel person to refund my amount paid. The person agreed but still I haven’t received any message or mail regarding this. Now, he is not answering. Kindly help me to get my refund asap as they have already wasted a lot of my time.
