Text of Complaint by C Ashok Jain:

During the Year 2020 and 2021, I have made a lot of complaints to Airtel regarding the Internet Connection provided by them. I have got many waivers due to the lack of completion of the resolution on time. Every time they have promised to resolve the issue on a permanent basis and it will not occur the next time, but the same isn’t the case. After the resolution within 4-5 days again the same problem persist. I have been mentally tortured making calls and raising complaints again and again. All the promises by Airtel are nothing but a BIG lie. I have not paid airtel to make calls again and again, but I have paid to get a good service, which airtel failed miserably in providing the same. Recently (i.e, on 8th November 2021) I have made a complaint regarding the frequent disconnection of the internet and it was resolved by the 9th of November 2021 and they said the same issue will not arise again and it is resolved on a PERMANENT BASIS. But later again, I have made the complaint on the 12th of November relating to the same issue. The so-called PERMANENT BASIS has been nothing but a FALSE PROMISES by Airtel. I would like to claim compensation for the mental torture received from Airtel in giving false promises and making me call them every time again and again.
