On 2 July 2021 I did a KYC Of my airtel and made a advance payment of 2829/- on my Airtel app the dealer told me he will take 3 bussiness days to activate my connection and optic fibre wiring I waited for 3 days nothing was done I reached the dealer I did everything as nothing was done No wiring no Connection then the dealer told me to talk to AIRTEL team I contacted them they told me they are forwarding the issue to their team and I”ll receive a call back within 4 hours but nothing did 6 days I ran in Airtel team nothing was done they made excuses only I got nothing it’s been 15 days I haven’t received anything MY CAF NO. 05262414450
