Text of Complaint by Niketa:

I  raised Airtel broadband connection request on May 20th and paid initial amount on 21st May but only after multiple follow ups they had fixed the new box. Before taking money they did not inform the box is full and new box is needed. However to fix new box it took them ages, daily one new excuse.
finally on June 4th 2021 I got the connection and it worked for 2 days from June 6th my service request is open and it is June 11 2021, within 7 days there have been number of issues with these people and also they are not resolving the issue on time.

Bill is generated for 30 days but 15 days connection won’t work at all. These people are a fraud and government should cancel their license they don’t know the meaning of customer service.
