I got a new connection on 16.04.2021. though sale guy kapil 09953873439 he offered me a plan of 40mbps and promied me that connection will be start up in one hour .. after waiting after whole evening i trying to calling him he simply ignored my calls then i called in airtel customer care then i got to know there is policy there new connection will be start up after 72 hours . next day i got a call from airtel agent for wifi wiring he came and did all the wiring then he starting my broadband connection then he got to know in my area they are only providing 16mbs i simply told him i want to cancel it ..after that when i called in airtel customer care everytime they were giving me 24 hours of time for a callback from senior for cancel the plan .. they are fraud only wants the paymnt … pls help me to get my refund !!
